Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday.
Orders placed on Tuesday or Friday before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped out on that day.

All Couture Blueprint orders are shipped via USPS or UPS standard shipping.
If you like to add to your order, you can email us with your order number, and we can assist you with the process. Please allow 3-7 business days ( excluding holidays) for your order to arrive. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, we will send you a status update with your tracking numbers to your email on file. There are no refunds on wholesale orders. Couture Blueprint is not responsible for packages once shipped out and will not replace lost/stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy
COUTURE BLUEPRINT DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGES. (Retail Order)
Items must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of damage or wear with all tags.
Any items showing evidence of wear will not be exchanged.
To return an item, please contact us by email or contact form to start processing your return.
All Wholesale orders/ Sale items are final sales!
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returned packages.
